Single or dual basket: the real difference

A single basket air fryer has one drawer, one heating element and one time and temperature setting. A dual basket model is effectively two air fryers in one housing: two drawers, two heating elements and independent settings for each zone. You can roast chicken thighs at 200 °C on one side and vegetables at 180 °C on the other.
